1. Who we are

OptionHarvest (the "Service") is operated by Joshua Cook ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Merchant of Record

Payments for the Service are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd and its affiliates ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases. Paddle handles the transaction, invoicing and applicable sales taxes and is the counterparty to your payment. Their terms and privacy notice apply to the payment itself and are available at paddle.com.

3. Subscription and billing

The Service is offered as a monthly subscription at USD $5 per month. You may choose a 7-day free trial when signing up. If you start a trial we collect and validate your card details at sign up but do not charge you during the trial. If you do not cancel before the end of the 7-day trial your card will automatically be charged USD $5 and then USD $5 each month until you cancel.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Account page. Cancellation stops future billing; access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and to not: (a) attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service, (b) access accounts or data that are not yours, (c) reverse engineer or resell the Service, or (d) use the Service to store or transmit unlawful content.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, its underlying software, design and content are owned by Joshua Cook. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Service while your subscription is active. Data you enter (your trades, tickers, notes) remains yours.

6. No investment advice

The Service is a personal record-keeping tool. It is not investment, tax or legal advice and must not be relied on to make investment decisions. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and outcomes.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you breach these Terms, if payment fails and is not remedied, or if we are required to do so by law. On termination your access ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

8. Warranty disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
